The board of the Tractor and Machinery Association of Australia (TMA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Gary Northover to the position of Executive Director of the TMA.
Gary will replace Richard Lewis who announced his resignation at the recent annual conference.
Gary brings a wealth of management experience to the role, including fifteen (15) years as the General Manager for William Adams Rental business. This business incorporated the Cat Rental Store brands in VIC and TAS and the Max Hire business in NSW and QLD. This provided exposure to the operations of both the OEM (Caterpillar) and the Dealer as well as the needs of a wide range of customers and other stakeholders. Prior to that, Gary filled a number of roles within Brambles Industries Wreckair Hire business and most recently has been operating a Management Consulting and Coaching business.
